Operations - Institution - Derivatives Location : Mumbai Full / Part-time: Full Organizational Relationships Reports to: Manager - Operations Supervises: NA Coordinates with: Operations Team, Institution Dealing Functional relationship with: Institutional Operation, Institution Dealing, Retail Operation, Settlement, Accounts, Software Team, Risk, Compliance and KYC
Qualification Essential:
Graduate in any stream Desired:
Post Graduate Experience Relevant: 5+ years in the same profile in broking industry Total: 5+ years' experience in financial services companies / broking firm Skills Should have a good aptitude and patience Should know the broking business and Operation.
Should have good communication skills - written and verbal Should have job knowledge Well versed with computers Should have Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WinWord.
Job Responsibilities Setup of Institution and Domestic Account along with Brokerage Schemes and Charges. Handle Equity, Derivatives, Currency, SLBM Process Handle Institution Contract Processing for all Segment with STP, Eods, OTR, 6A7A, etc. Update / generate, EODs, Give-Up files in software. Follow up the custodian, clearing members as well as institutional fund houses to confirm the trades Equity and Derivatives. Adhere to client timelines for trade confirmations and reports. Complete setup of Terminals creation like CTCL, DMA on Trading environment as well as exchanges. Complete knowledge of Exchange interface, like NOTIS, NCMS, CIM, ENIT, SSO, etc. Complete knowledge of UCC upload and all interface of exchanges. Ensure zero penalty from exchanges. Prepare MIS reports on daily / monthly / yearly basis. Prepare Brokerage Invoices along with Recovery and Reconciliations. Co -ordination with other department (Settlement, Account, IT, Risk, Trading Ops) to fulfil requirements and resolve the issues. UAT of Applications
