At Clensta, we are looking for a Senior Executive – Operations, who will be closely working with the leadership team to provide SCM and Operations support on a day-to-day basis.

Experience Bracket: 2 to 3 years of experience with an e-commerce brand.
You have a track record of working in a similar role preferably in the FMCG Domain & Experience of handling D2C order management Via marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc. You understand the supply chain & operations.
D2C order Management (50%)
· Tracking of Orders from First mile to last mile
· Placing of manual orders on market places and bulk upload on ERP.
· Monitoring of All marketplaces for checking Orders and timely issue resolution
· Ensuring No SLA Breach and timely fulfilment of orders.
· Tracking of RTO and RTD data and Replacement
· Timely Replacement of Defective and Damaged orders
· Experience of handling order management tools like Easy com, Unicommerce and Udaan etc. including their dashboards to continuously improve planning accuracy.
Reports and Returns / MIS (30%)
· Preparation of daily order report and dispatch reports
· Reconciliation of orders ( Marketplace vs ERP)
· Preparation of SKU Mapping master for all Marketplaces
· Preparation of customized reports of different order parameters
Logistics & Inventory Management (20%)
· Assist in procurement of products, consumables, spares and services.
· Ensure release of PO’s in defined TATs and monitor timely delivery of products and services.
· Assist in effective maintenance of inventory at all our warehouses.
