Job Title: Senior Executive (Operations - International Travel)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Executive with expertise in international travel operations, including visa processing, flight ticketing, and hotel reservations. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa processing for international travel, including application submission, documentation, and coordination with embassies/consulates.
Coordinate flight ticket bookings, ensuring optimal routes, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to client preferences and travel policies.
Manage hotel reservations and accommodations, considering client preferences, budgetary guidelines, and availability.
Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and hotel partners to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering travel recommendations and solutions.
Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and entry restrictions of various countries, and advise clients accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless travel operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized travel records, including visa records, flight itineraries, hotel confirmations, and other relevant documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of travel policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in international travel operations, particularly in visa processing, flight ticketing, and hotel reservations.
Strong knowledge of visa regulations, travel documentation requirements, and entry restrictions for different countries.
Proficiency in using travel management systems and online booking platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) and airline ticketing procedures is a plus.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
