Manpower planning – Assist in developing manpower plan for the organisationTalent Acquisition – Create Job specification, coordinate hiring activities, shortlist candidates for final interviews, closure of offerInduction – Plan and coordinate new employee induction processHR Operations – Manage joining process, probation assessment, confirmation, employee life cycle management, employee exit processL&D – Identify training needs and develop plan for their capability developmentEmployee Engagement – Stay connected with all the employees and plan activities to keep them engaged and motivated.Pay Roll / Attendance and Leave Management
