Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for open demand resource fulfillment through sourcing channels like
• Projection and Analysis done on impact of talent management on employee engagement, retention, and value addition in achieving organization performance. . .
• Provides resource management support to business leader(s), which includes advising on resource management issues and providing information required to make key operational decisions. ?
• Resource forecasting/fulfillment planning with business units and specific plans for each customer as required. Project management tools and methodologies
• Understanding of productivity metrics service level agreement principles and vendor management principles
• Handling Resource Management operations involving Resource Planning, Deployment of resources, Rotation/Skills up-gradation (up-skilling and re-skilling) of the workforce to match demands.
• Bench Management and resource upskilling and reskilling program
• Preparing and maintaining statistical information on Resourcing Parameters
