Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-level roles across functions
• Source candidates through various channels, including portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and more
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
HR Operations (30%)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes
• Support policy implementation, HR documentation, and compliance
• Address employee queries and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 6+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to manage multiple mid-level hiring mandates
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing teams
