Job Description
•Manage the entire Employee lifecycle.
•Ensure that HR policies are implemented across the locations and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
•Act as the point of contact regarding policies, salary and compensation and day to day HR activities.
•Report to the Senior HR Manager with employee grievances.
•Monitor HR department s budget
•Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
•Measure employee retention and turnover rates
•Ensure upkeep of HR data and bring out periodic intelligent reports to support effective HR programmes
