Roles and responsibilities:
• Monthly production planning, job prioritization and execution of production plan, monitoring and maintaining KIP’s like ‘Delivery reliability’, Extra cost, Overall Equipment effectiveness, etc.
• Monitoring and balancing ‘manpower and machine capacity’, planning deployment of man & machine for every shift.
• Timely arrangement of Tools, materials, and other requirements (consumables, spares) to support production execution.
• Supporting new development, improvements, qualifying new tools, Machine and Processes etc.
• Maintaining shop records i.e., production records, incentive calculation, ISO documentation etc.
• Implementation of 5'S' and EHS in the department, training, and development of workmen; Quality improvement and Cost reduction, capacity balancing, safety improvements etc.
• Working in all 3 shifts
Education and Experience:
• Diploma in Plastics Technology with 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Injection Molding of Engineering Thermoplastic & Thermoset materials processing,
• Knowledge of Molding tools & Tool repairs.
• EHS and quality standards.
• Handling of skilled manpower .
