• Collaborate with the fabric department, pattern makers, and tailors to ensure timely production.
• Promote innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to stay ahead of the competition.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to inform design decisions.
• Create themes for different seasons and provide guidance to the marketing and visual merchandising team.
