Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analyze trends to inform design decisions
Design and conceptualize new products, including sketches and prototypes
Innovate and develop new materials and fabrics
Develop and fit samples to ensure high-quality products
Lead and mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Drive brand identity and innovation through creative problem-solving
Qualifications & Skills:
Our ideal candidate has:
A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field
More than 10 years of experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio in athleisure and sleepwear
Proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to production
Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop)
In-depth understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and fabric properties
Experience creating and managing tech packs for production
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
