We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Fashion Designer with a passion for innovative design, a basic understanding of AI tools, and expertise in creating tech packs. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor coordination, and sampling follow-ups, and have a keen interest in kids' wear designs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design: Develop unique and trendsetting fashion designs that cater to our target market, with a strong emphasis on kids' wear.
2. AI Tools: Possess a basic understanding of AI tools to enhance the design process and stay updated on industry advancements.
3. Tech Packs: Create detailed tech packs that clearly communicate design specifications, materials, and construction to facilitate the production process.
4. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure materials, quality, and production timelines align with design concepts.
5. Sampling Follow-up: Oversee the sampling process, ensuring that prototypes meet design standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of AI tools used in fashion design.
- Proficiency in creating detailed tech packs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for vendor relationships.
- Attention to detail in overseeing sampling and production processes.
- A genuine passion for and understanding of kids' wear design.
- Knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- A degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
