As a Designer Assistant at Trendlines Retail Pvt. Ltd., you play a crucial role in the design process by utilizing your creativity and technical skills to bring unique outfits to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, sourcing materials, and having a good knowledge of pattern making and garment construction, as well as creating tech packs.
- Maintaining paperwork and records for designs, coordinating with clients and team members, and planning production schedules.
- Using digital design software to create prototypes and drawings for client approval.
- Reviewing client spaces, target audiences, or websites to understand their needs and preferences.
- Selecting color schemes, styles, themes, and layouts to develop approved designs.
- Collaborating with other professionals to enhance existing designs.
- Staying updated with the latest fashion trends.
- Assisting in marketing completed designs to clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by effectively conveying their message through the end product.
Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interior design, fashion design, or related fields.
- A license may be required for an interior design assistant position.
- Submission of candidate's bio-data, photo, and design portfolio showcasing completed designs.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of colors, themes, styles, and layouts.
- Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Experience in budget management.
Please note that the salary range for this position is between 25 K to 30 K. Additionally, in this full-time role, you will benefit from cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the in-person work location.
