Job Description
Finalization of monthly & annual Balance Sheet, P&L.;
Preparation and review of MIS reports for management.
Handling GST compliances.
Managing TDS compliances.
Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and advance tax computation.
Handling Direct & Indirect Tax assessments, notices, audits.
Coordination with statutory, internal & tax auditors.
Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.
Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & Accounting Standards.
Team handling and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS.
Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc).
Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Robust analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple compliances.
Qualification and Experience:
CA with 5–10 years (Manufacturing preferred).
Should be a thinker capable of designing effective systems and procedures, with a focus on implementation.
