Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts & Taxation Trainer to train and mentor employees on GST, TDS, ITR filing, bookkeeping, and other accounting compliances. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training sessions and ensuring that employees are well-equipped with the required technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on GST, TDS, ITR, and Bookkeeping .
• Develop structured training modules and materials.
• Provide practical, real-time case studies and examples.
• Assess employee performance through tests, assignments, and evaluations.
• Support employees in understanding compliance procedures and documentation.
• Keep updated with latest tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with management to identify training needs.
• Provide continuous mentoring and guidance to employees.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and Bookkeeping
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Training and mentoring ability
• Practical knowledge of accounting tools (Tally, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
Qualification
• Semi-qualified CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or related field
• Prior experience in training or mentoring will be preferred
