Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and submitting donor financial reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with programme heads to develop budgets for new proposals.
• Compiling and finalizing the consolidated annual audit statement.
• Filing annual audited accounts with the tax department and FCRA returns within statutory deadlines.
• Managing quarterly filings of foreign donor contributions and maintaining donor-wise project accounting with cost centers.
• Preparing reports and documentation for tax queries and compliance checks.
• Presenting quarterly financial updates for stakeholders.
• Working with programme heads to monitor fund utilization and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Maintaining statutory compliances and governance protocols.
• Overseeing fund management, ensuring healthy cash flow, and managing financial risk.
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping for donations, grants, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
