As a Senior Manager, Record to Report, you will lead a large R2R team and handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparation. You will be responsible for smooth execution, ensuring books are closed on time, and ensuring all month-end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality.
You will also ensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics, handle aligned processes such as General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Account Reconciliations.
Additionally, you will ensure client happiness and successful external and internal audits.
