Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of our organization through effective financial planning and management, adherence to government regulations, and implementation of sound accounting practices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including billing, invoicing, and collections
• Manage and monitor the P&L statement, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and financial targets
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities that may impact business performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and mandates, such as tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and accounting standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with banking institutions and financial partners, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor all financial transactions, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to various stakeholders, including shareholders, board members, and regulatory bodies
• Manage the organization's cash flow, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with other departments to identify financial goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, motivating them to achieve their professional and personal goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 7-10 years of experience in finance, banking, or accounting management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements
• Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of relevant financial software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
