Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Professional with 1-3 years of experience in strategic transaction planning, advisory services, and execution.
• Developing tax-efficient transaction structures from a regulatory perspective, including option analysis, drafting M&A schemes, coordinating with teams and reviewing transaction documents for compliance.
• Providing advisory services and executing Restructuring assignments – Buyback, LLP Conversion, Slump sale, and Instrument structuring.
• Evaluating optimal ownership/investment/funding structures for international investments and implementing efficient funding solutions from a tax and regulatory standpoint.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of transaction-related laws such as income-tax, company laws, and international tax laws. Familiarity with other regulatory frameworks like FEMA, IBC, and SEBI would be advantageous.
Required Skills
The successful candidate should have high proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
