Job Title: Footwear Designer – Agilitas

What You’ll Drive
As a Footwear Designer at Agilitas, you’ll define the form, function, and identity of our footwear ranges across brands. From athlete-tested performance silhouettes to everyday lifestyle icons, your work will bring together innovation, purpose, and creative energy.
• Design seasonal collections across sport performance, athleisure, and lifestyle categories
• Build original concepts and storytelling through mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and 3D design
• Translate insights, movement needs, and material innovations into distinct footwear designs
• Work closely with development, sourcing, and factories to ensure design intent stays intact
• Develop detailed spec sheets, last adaptations, and upper-bottom constructions
• Collaborate on branding, trims, and functional detailing across ranges
• Research athlete, culture, and trend shifts — applying them through a uniquely Agilitas lens
• Partner with marketing and product to bring stories to life from brief to market
• Support and mentor junior designers or interns on selected projects
What You'll Bring
• 8+ years of footwear design experience across performance, lifestyle, or hybrid categories
• Strong understanding of upper design, outsoles, construction methods, and material applications
• A portfolio that shows concept development, functionality, silhouette innovation, and storytelling
• Hands-on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and footwear-specific 3D tools (e.g., Rhino, Modo, KeyShot, etc.)
• Familiarity with development timelines, factory processes, and sampling rounds
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work fast while holding the creative bar high
• Passionate about sport, design, and pushing category boundaries
