Role Summary
Build and maintain user-facing applications and deployment infrastructure, owning features end-to-end from UI implementation to production monitoring while ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
Frontend Engineering
Build scalable, performant UIs using React, Next.js, or Vue
Own end-to-end feature development: design → implementation → testing → deployment → monitoring
Ensure UI/UX consistency, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility
Optimize frontend performance: bundle size, load times, rendering, runtime efficiency
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on feature delivery
Commit code daily, submit pull requests following team protocols
Achieve 70%+ test coverage in owned modules|

1-2 major product features per quarter
80%+ on-time delivery rate for sprint commitments

Frontend Engineering
Design responsive web apps: frontend, backend APIs, database schemas
