KompassAI is a pre-revenue startup launching on May 20th that's about to explode... like a confetti cannon at a victory party. We're building a game-changing sales engagement and sales intelligence product (or at least one that allows us to make serious money). We're looking for a rockstar Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our passionate team (Founders: Forbes 30 Under 30 CTO who raised $8 million at her previous company, GTM expert from the #1 company in ARR growth, and a seasoned strategy and transformation expert).
The Perks (We Swear They're Not Made Up):
• Fully remote: Work from your mom's basement, a beach in Port Blair, or anywhere with Wi-Fi (as long as you can avoid those pesky connection drops during video calls).
• Competitive salary (But Seriously, Tell Us What You're Making Now): We offer a range of 10 lacs to 15 lacs per year. We know it's low, but we would even double it after funding (fingers crossed). Just be upfront about your current salary, no lowballing!
• Be a Hero (But Also Be Prepared to Hustle): This is not your typical 9-to-5 gig. The first 6 months will be a launch frenzy, so get ready to push some code and witness the occasional all-nighter. But hey, great things come to those who hustle – no pain, no gain!
The Responsibilities (They're Important, But We Can Still Joke About Them):
• You'll be the coding Gandalf, leading the design and development of our applications.
• We use all the cool tech: You should know Node.js, Typescript, Tailwind, React.js, Vue.js, Python, MongoDB, and enough AWS to make our CTO look like a dummy (She was hired from SAP at age 17 as a Machine Learning Engineer from a high school in Australia – so best of luck!)
• Build stuff, break stuff, fix stuff – it's the circle of development life!
• Become a Chrome Extension whisperer (we don't judge your hobbies).
• Design interfaces so user-friendly and pixel-perfect that your grandma could use them.
• Collaborate with a fantastic team (because let's face it, working alone is just sad).
The Ideal Candidate (Some on who eats, sleeps, and drinks code!! – okay that’s too much to expect. Or is it?):
• Full-stack rockstar with at least 1 year of experience.
• Knows all the cool tech we mentioned before (We can tell if you claim to be a logistics expert for booking an Ola - we'll check!).
• Built a Chrome Extension in their basement.
• Can solve problems faster than a magician pulls a rabbit out of a hat (and hopefully, with more ethical sourcing).
• Excellent communicator (because nobody likes a cryptic developer).
Bonus Points for the Following (But We Won't Discriminate):
• Experience with sales engagement and sales intelligence tools (a plus, since that's what we do here).
• Experience leading a team of developers (because sometimes, you gotta be the boss).
• Dabbles in other coding languages (we like polyglots here).
