We are a young, bootstrapped startup building customer retention and conversion solutions for D2C brands to optimize their online stores for sales and success metrics. We serve hundreds of thousands of customers via storefront integrations and interfaces on our clients' shops. Our solutions enable D2C merchants to provide seamless shopping experiences that only mature marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart could deliver before.
Requirements
• At least 2+ years of experience with building backend APIs with Go and related technologies
• Have a strong understanding and experience with computing and development fundamentals - concurrency, multithreading and processing, profiling and optimization and optimizing database queries
• Experience and knowledge of architecting and planning infra and application structure - event-driven architecture, microservices, observability, software
• Should have working knowledge of cloud deployment and infrastructure including but not limited to: containerization, deployment pipelines, Azure, Kubernetes, Helm
• Must have 2+ years of experience writing and maintaing React codebases and NodeJS APIs
Good to haves:
• Previously worked on / built analytics and big data pipelines (Mixpanel, Posthog, Clickhouse, or dedicated ETL)
• Experience in building and scaling Multi-tanent SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with security best practices, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and secure coding practices, or some background in cybersec
