Job Description
Senior global data administrator will be part of the Global Data maintenance team.
The global data maintenance team will work with Vodafone Group and local markets stakeholders to advise on best way to deliver changes and support in timely delivery of high profile and sensitive organisational changes and updates.
Global Data maintenance team will also work with local markets work process administration (WPA) teams to deliver changes to data, reorganisations etc. that have a local impact or where local teams can only support part of the change due to vertical organisation
Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all regions, including employee data, organizational structures, job information, and compensation.
Managing data security and privacy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all regions.
Support in testing SuccessFactors system upgrades, improvements, and integrations that impact the data structures
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise, and working with local HR data administrators to resolve them.
Analyse, suggest and lead continuous improvement projects in Global data maintenance
Experience necessary:
Expertise in maintenance of global and multiple entity HR data maintenance in SuccessFactors
Deep understanding of SuccessFactors employee central data including time and attendance
Experience in analysing and delivering complex changes in SuccessFactors including global reorganisations
Understanding of relationship between position, person and organisational data
Experience in changing foundation objects including any related data cleansing and updates, communicating the potential impact & risks to the local markets
Delivery of global changes to SuccessFactors data based on business needs
This includes changes that can not be delivered by local WPA teams and complex organisation changes that require global access and detailed management of implications

Deliver changes to foundation objects and global data
Understand & articulate the impact of global data changes on local markets
To report progress, issues and risks and make timely escalations of risks
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
10 + years of service delivery experience in HR Services / Operations; with at least 3+ years in maintaining SuccessFactors global data structures in Employee Central and Employee Central Time and Attendance
Excellent Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Communication and Presentation Skills for audience at various hierarchies
Experience working in Global team and communicating and presenting to global stakeholders; from various cultures
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
