The Senior Global Logistics Inventory Supervisor will be based in Hyderabad. Onboarding will be virtual for the time being with occasional socially distanced meetings at a Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the Senior Logistics Manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

Generation of Commercial Invoice and Packing List as per Project Specification.
Co-ordinate with Overseas Suppliers for the Certificate of Origin.
Follow up with the Freight Forwarders for the Bill of Ladings.
Well versed with L/C Documentation and shipping documents.
Co-ordinate with Project Managers for the project documentation.
Well versed with process related to the Negotiation of Shipping documents under L/C.
Co-ordinate with FedEx for the courier Shipments
Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders for the Bill of Ladings.
Co-ordinate with the Customs Broker (CHA) for the Import clearance.
Arrange for the payment of Customs duty in co-ordination with the Finance Department.
Co-ordinate for the Generation and review of the Tax invoice for the domestic Sales.
Co-ordinate with Courier/transport companies for the pick-up and delivery of the goods to the project sites, within India.
Complete the IR/IF Process in NetSuite for the Indian Purchases.
Processing the Invoices of the Service providers, like courier, Transporters, CHA and Freight Forwarders.
Co-ordinate with the Warehouse officials for the Inward and outward movement of the goods. (India and Dubai Warehouse)
Conduct the Physical Inventory reconciliation for the India warehouse.
Co-ordinate with Audit team for the Quarterly and yearly Audit requirements.
Generate E-way Bills for the domestic and Import movement of the goods.
Co-ordinate with FedEx Team for the import of materials through courier mode.
Set up and Manage Warehouses Globally, make sure they follow Nextracker guideline about inventory management / Cycle Count and Physical count
Coordinate inventory pick, pack and distribution
Monitor inventory transactions and error corrections to reach 100% inventory accuracy
Prepare and analyzed monthly inventory reports.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

Bachelor’s degree with (8-10) years’ experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry.
Familiar with international trade terms and process.
Well versed with the Import customs clearance process for the Import Shipments.
Self-starting mindset, attention to details.
Intermediate to Advance excel skills (familiar with formula VLOOKUP, sum if, etc.), and PPT.
