We seek a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at AppFillip Venture Of Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop a wide range of design materials for both print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Create visually compelling designs for various marketing and branding materials including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and design objectives.
• Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of print materials.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of design assets, templates, and style guides for easy reference and consistency across projects.
• Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with design software, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• They have proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
