Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including website graphics, social media ads, email templates, infographics, and banners.
• Develop creative concepts and design strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Utilize industry-standard design software and digital tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to deliver innovative and engaging designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across various digital platforms.
• Optimize designs for different digital channels, considering responsive design principles and user experience.
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions based on stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and web developers to integrate visual content effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience in designing for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
