Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Create and edit engaging videos for branding and promotional purposes
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual strategies
Manage and lead the design team, ensuring timely delivery of projects
Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Strong communication and time management skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital marketing agency or IT company
Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
