Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and videos across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, emailers, brochures, and marketing materials
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
Video Editing
• Edit promotional, informational, and social media videos
• Add graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and sound effects as required
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, etc.)
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and / or Video Editor
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with corporate or consultancy brands
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
• Familiarity with social media design and video formats
