Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals for our clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to source high-quality candidates, including nurses, healthcare administrators, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Client Management: Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture to effectively tailor recruitment strategies.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and company policies, including background checks, certifications, and licensure verification.
• Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends in the US healthcare recruitment industry, including salary benchmarks, demand for specific roles, and candidate availability.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, including pipeline status, candidate feedback, and key metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter within the US healthcare industry, preferably in staffing or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, industry regulations, and the specific needs of healthcare clients.
• Experience recruiting for various healthcare roles, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), allied health professionals, and healthcare administration staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with healthcare certifications and licensure requirements in the US.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of visa processes for healthcare professionals (if applicable).
