Your new role
The company truly values its HR team and is seeking talent that can embrace the full employee life cycle and and business partner with leaders and employees.
Key areas will include employee experience, engagement, coaching, talent development and driving high performance.
You will also be responsible for day to day performance management issues, ER and HR advice on policies and processes, remuneration & benefits, performance review and appraisals.
However, the bulk of the role will be a forward focused position, driving people programs and initiatives across your client group
The client group for this role is supporting a Sales, Marketing and Operational workforce and their leaders across the country and at head office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands-on HR Advisor who has experience at Advisor level versus wanting a step up
Experience of working with a Sales, Marketing or other white collar client group is ideal
Experience of actual hands on coaching of employees and leaders
You must have experience of working with engagement initiatives or incentives around people and culture.
You must have core ER and HR legislation knowledge
You must be proactive, enjoy building relationships in person across a business
You must be a team player, be passionate about what you do, be proactive and take genuine pride in the impact you have on employee experience
