Post-Graduation in Human Resources
Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience as HR business partner
ü Strong business and HR acumen
ü Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results.
ü Good analytical skills with logical thinking approach and structured way of working.
ü Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
ü Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
ü Self-motivated, self-driven with problem solving attitude
ü Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
ü Proven experience in handling strategic HRBP role
