What You’ll Do
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and HR solutions that support business objectives
• Lead organizational design and development efforts, coaching executives and managers to enhance leadership capabilities
• Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success
• Assess team and manager development needs, providing recommendations and implementing targeted learning and development solutions
• Utilize advanced data analytics to drive decision-making, measure HR impact, and deliver actionable insights
• Develop and implement talent management strategies that support career progression, succession planning, and individual development
• Oversee and execute the company-wide Goal Setting, Performance Review Cycle and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Partner with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal and HR Systems to align HR solutions with business needs
• Collaborate with global HR partners to ensure consistency and alignment in policies, initiatives, and strategic execution
• Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace concerns in collaboration with Employee Relations Partners
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) efforts by embedding inclusive practices into all HR programs and business initiatives
• Champion change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation aligned with the company's long-term vision
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
• An intuitive understanding of Newsrooms – how they operate, the challenges they face, and their unique needs
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple clients
• Demonstrated effectiveness at communicating across all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills with an ability to identify and analyze business and organizational needs
