Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing expert HR guidance and support on all people-related matters. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management. Drive employee engagement initiatives, diagnose engagement issues, and recommend/implement solutions. Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing fair and consistent resolutions. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Advise on compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals. Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching for managers to enhance their people management capabilities. Partner with talent acquisition to ensure the attraction and retention of key talent. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Champion company culture and values, promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment. Stay abreast of HR best practices and emerging trends to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple client groups. Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and change management. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems. Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with leaders at all levels. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage complex situations and drive positive outcomes. Experience in a fast-paced, complex organizational environment.
