Videojet Technologies is a global leader in product identification, providing innovative coding and marking solutions that helps consumer ensure product safety and improve their productivity.
Within your role, you will:
• Be Accountable for execution excellence of all HR processes for PID commercial teams.
• Provide coaching and support to the leadership team to enable continuous improvement in talent management, performance management, creating a supportive and engaging culture.
• Partner closely with People Leaders and Talent Acquisition in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding key diverse talent to continue to build out organizational capability and enable stronger talent bench and funnel for further development and growth.
• Coach managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction with associates reporting to them facilitating effective communication channels between leaders & associates
• Work with business and function leaders to develop workforce plans & organizational structures. Collaborate with leaders to support strategies that enable successful organizational change.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in HR activities and reporting, tracking of critical metrics and identifying trends in data. Using data to identify solutions & support growth initiatives.
• Oversee all HR annual processes with accountability for all employee relation matters. Resolves and recommends employee relations practices vital to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of associate morale and motivation.

• An MBA degree from a premier institution
• Knowledge of HR processes and Policies especially Performance Management
• Experience and exposure in Healthcare, Industrials or Infrastructure & Energy business
