Looking for Manager HRBP. The incumbent should have 12-15 yrs of experience preferably from IT/ITES, Background Check Industry. The successful Manager- Business Partner at Accurate Background (ABBP) is able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering out-of-the-box/innovative solutions as a problem solver, develops a deep understanding of the business, and has a solid HR acumen. Team size - 6/7 FTEs. Shift timing 2-11 pm. Notice period max 1 month. Job location- Ghodbunder Road, Thane. The Co will provide home drop transport.
