Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc. Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc. Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs. Build talent pipeline talent mapping. Mentor Trainees / Consultants. Building rapport with both the clients candidates. Offer negotiations Background checks if required.
Work Experience Required At least 2+ years of experience in Recruitment across Tech, Non-Tech or Product/Design.
