What You’ll Be Doing :
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Lead recruitment across India using job portals, referrals & internal channels.
Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews, schedule management rounds, and close roles effectively.
Handle offer negotiations, finalize CTC, and roll out appointment letters confidently.
Smooth Onboarding & Induction
Welcome new joiners with a structured onboarding process and engaging orientation.
Ensure a seamless transition into their new roles and the company culture.
HR Operations
Maintain end-to-end employee records from joining to exit.
Track attendance, manage leaves, and prepare reports for payroll processing.
Performance & Engagement
Support regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback support.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that inspire and energize the team.
Compliance & Benefits
Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, professional tax, labor laws, and insurance.
Liaise with finance and legal teams to ensure everything is in order.
Exit Management
Handle resignations, notice period monitoring, handovers, and full & final settlements.
Issue relieving and experience letters with care and professionalism.
Employee Support
Be the go-to person for employee questions related to leave, attendance, expenses, payroll, and policies.
