We are Hiring for one of the leading Retail Sector:
Company: Big basket
Position: Senior HR Executive
Experience: 2 Years in any Retail/FMCG Industry Bag round
Location: Ahmadabad (Changodar DC)
CTC; Upto 5-6LPA
Notice Period: Immediate/ 15 Days.
Required Knowledge: Recruitment and Operations both End to End Human Resource
Roles and Responsibility;
- Manage the complete life cycle of the DC(Distribution centre) employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities like team connects with leadership, R&Rs etc.
- Ensuring smooth HR Operations - Joining, Exits, Transfers and Payroll
- Managing Employee grievances and their timely resolutions
Employee Onboarding, Orientation/Induction planning.
- Maintaining a healthy manning at the region and ensuring headcount control through active and proactive hiring.
- Proper planning for the hiring as per the CP of associate hiring.
Implement On-boarding plan for all new hires and transition plan for any movements and promotions
- Collaborate with business to evaluate and analyse talent performance and potential.
- Work with region leadership to analyse future readiness of current talent, bench strength, potential successors and need for proactive hiring. Proactively work on retention risk of key employees.
- Collaborate with the Regional Training team to drive L&D Initiatives.
- Responsible for managing the compliances.
