Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers .
• Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Develop and implement on-boarding and training programs for new employees .
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including employee record-keeping, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations .
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Manage administrative projects, such as the implementation of new systems or the redesign of administrative processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior HR and administrative staff members .
• Assisting in legal compliance such as Labour Law, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.
• Preparing and verifying registers such as Attendance & Leave, Salary & Wages, PF, ESIC, Over Time, Incentives etc.
• Consolidating the Training Needs of employees and coordinate with concern department HOD's to analyses the same.
• Providing MIS reports related to New Joining, Left, Advance, Accident, Illness of Employee, Long Absenteeism, etc.
• Conducting Plant visits and meetings with operation team.
• Stay up-to-date with HR and administrative trends and best practices and make recommendations to improve HR and administrative policies and practices .
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintaining employee database and records in the ERP system.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role, with at least 2 years in administartion and core HR Activities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with recruitment, Payroll, and employee grievances.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferably Male candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
