Job Title : Senior HR Executive ( Female )
Location : Chennai | Anna Nagar
Department: HR
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (+.30am to 6.30pm)
Qualifications Experience: Graduation Background for Human Resource 2 to 3 years for Experience

Senior HR Executive
Roles And Responsibilities
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and End to end recruitment for Firm (sourcing to on boarding).
Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
Ensure proper maintenance of all record management pertaining to Employees Personnel.
Files, communication and other letters during the employee Assist with payroll and smooth transition of exit process.
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven Experience In Recruitment And Other HR Process.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay benefits, recruitment, training development etc.).
Strong ethics and reliability.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
