Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with expertise in employee relations, retention, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolving issues sensitively
• Conducting employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and engagement activities
• Supporting disciplinary actions and investigations, and ensuring proper documentation
• Ensuring policy compliance, particularly related to POSH, code of conduct, and HR norms
• Maintaining reports and trackers for grievances, attrition, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Driving HR engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing trends for retention planning
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts professionally. They will also possess proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
