Roles and Responsibilities
I. Talent Acquisition: Manage End to End recruitment for staff: sourcing/ screening & interviews in accordance with requirements
II. Manpower Planning: Understand the business requirement and plan manpower allocation for each function.
III. Training Delivery: Identifying training requirements of employees across functions and sharing the inputs for deciding training programs and training calendar. Facilitating training calendar planned.
IV. Managing the Employee Life Cycle:
. Hiring
. Orientation & induction of new employee
. Confirmation & appraisals
. Exit interviews.
V. Performance Management: Managing the assessment process- Mid Year Reviews & Annual Appraisals for the staffs to ensure that organizational goals in alignment with the overall institutional goals.
VI. Payroll Processing
Desired Candidate Profile
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities at the same time.
. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
. Excellent interpersonal skills.
. Excellent Organizational skills and attention to details.
. Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies.
. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors.
