Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees, including orientation, training, and paperwork.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Conduct employee surveys and use feedback to improve HR policies and procedures.
• Work with department heads to develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
• Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking software.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking software
