RJP Infotek Pvt Ltd - A Corporate IT Training Company with over two decades in the industry, specialized in IT Infrastructure, S/W testing & Software Training.
We are actively looking for Senior HR Executive - Independent Contributor (Full Time)
• Mode: Work from Office
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary Range: 6L to 7.2L CTC Per Annum
• Location: Ashok Nagar (Chennai)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Must be a 360 degrees person who can own up the independent responsibility of building and expanding the manpower capabilities of the Organization. (Doubling the capacity in 1 year).
• Must interact with Clients on their staffing requirements and effectively fulfil the same too.
Requirements:
• Ideally an MBA HR from a psychology background.
• Must have min 7 to 10years of relevant experience.
• Must be adept in independently recruiting resources with desired skillsets to fill specific requirements in a short time frame.
• Must possess excellent Client communication skills.
• Incumbent must be familiar with defining KRAs & KPIs, enable / drive the team towards the same in a people-oriented work Culture, work Life Balance being an important aspect of Culture at RJP.
• Must have a proven track record on achieving such goals.
