Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees (including training them on the employee software and resolving ongoing queries on the same).
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including handling and paying payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of POSH regulations and ability to create handbook and conduct periodic trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi is a must
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
