Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing complete Recruitment & Employee life-cycle
• Handling - attracting relevant pool of candidates, recruitment, selection, on-boarding, retention, development, off-boarding.
• Induction & Orientation
• Document validation formalities and background checks
• Creating letters at different stages and managing documents
• Creating JDs based on requirements
• Managing team and closing Recruitments within TAT
• Employee Engagement activities
• Managing ATS and employee data on HRIS (Zimyo)
• Weekly recruitment MIS preparation and presentation.
• Assist in review of employees and intern
• Assist in conducting increment process
Qualification:
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting (IT/ Non-IT)
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Energetic & Enthusiastic
• 10th Percentage - 70 % (Minimum)
• 12th Percentage - 70 % (Minimum)
• Graduation Percentage - 70 % (Minimum)
• MBA in HR
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹400,000.00 per year
