Job Summary:
Our company Access Partners is into Oversea Recruitment in Gulf Country. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager that is committed to recruiting top talent, and providing our staff members with an exceptional work experience.
Responsibility & Duties:
· Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Maintain pay plan and Incentives program
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
· Ensure the Health and Safety of Employees
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements:
Qualification – Master’s/Degree in HR
Experience - Min 05 years as HR manager
Communication – English, Marathi, & Hindi, other
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹42,654.35 per month
