Responsibilities
This role consist of both recruitment and HR operations.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Managing recruitment part- Screening, Sourcing & Interviews through the recruitment process by identifying candidates.
conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Handling all onboarding & Separation processes.
Perform orientations and update records, Attendance, joining formalities.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Responsible for conducting engagement activities.
Supporting in events, Vendor creations & payments.
Coordinating with reporting managers for timely Interviews /onboardings.
Managing the filling and documentation process.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus.
Experience: Min- 2+ years.
Location: JP nagar, Bangalore.
Regular Shift.
