The Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist - EMEA to join a team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration working with a global team. A positive attitude is a must as well as emotional intelligence, teamwork and willingness to learn. You will be required to work an EMEA shift and will report to the HR Director EMEA/APAC.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with local management to provide high-quality advice, coaching and support to resolve employee relations and performance management issues
• Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programs to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met across the region as well as improve the employee experience
• Coach and influence leadership to drive change and employee engagement
• Review and manage benefits with vendor support to ensure we offer competitive packages
• Partner with HR (Global and COEs) to support implementation of key HR processes including compensation, talent management and leadership development
• Lead, execute and manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and the exit process
• Maintain HRIS data (Workday) and supporting documentation
• Ensure all changes for payroll are actioned in timely manner
• Support a culture of collaboration and fun across the teams
• Drive our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the region
• Present recommendations to address the people component of business issues
Desired profile
• 6-plus years’ experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environment
• At least 3 years multi-territory HR UK & EU experience (Spain an asset) including solid understanding of best practices and employment related regulations
• Sound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, people oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively influence
• Highly motivated with great attention to detail
