Job Title: Senior HR Lead
Location: Remote
Reports to: CEO
Summary:
The Senior HR Lead is responsible for the overall HR strategy and execution for SecureDApp. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 industry, and an MBA or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the HR strategy for SecureDApp
Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Manage the employee relations function, including handling employee complaints and disputes
Develop and administer the compensation and benefits program
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and training
Represent SecureDApp at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 industry
MBA or equivalent
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
